Responsibilities
- - Guide the migration from existing no-code tools and workflows into scalable application services.
- - Collaborate closely with product leadership to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize work, and deliver against project milestones.
- - Build and integrate AI-powered workflows, including document processing, scoring systems, and LLM-powered features.
- - Establish engineering best practices around testing, observability, deployment, and code quality.
- - Design secure and scalable systems with auditability, access controls, and long-term maintainability in mind.
Requirements
- This role combines hands-on software development, technical leadership, architecture decisions, and AI-powered product development in a fast-moving environment with clear business goals and delivery milestones.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the architecture and technical implementation of a modern full-stack platform built with Python, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- EXPERIENCE MUST HAVES - 8+ years of software engineering experience. - 3+ years leading technical delivery for production systems. - Strong
- experience building applications with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks). - Strong
- experience with React and Next.js. - Deep understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend architecture. - Hands-on
- experience with PostgreSQL in production environments. -
- Experience building and integrating AI/LLM-powered features into customer-facing products. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices. -
- Experience making architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in implementation. - Advanced English required. - Familiarity with AI tools. NICE-TO-HAVES -
- Experience with compliance-oriented systems and security best practices. -
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms. - Familiarity with infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and managed cloud services.
