Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle Epic implementations from initiation through go-live and post-live stabilization, managing implementations of significant scope (multi-module, multi-site, or concurrent deployments).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required . 7–10+ years of hands-on Epic implementation project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead PM capacity.
experience with modules such as HB, PB, Resolute, Prelude, or related financial/clinical workflows.
Proven track record managing complex, multi- module or multi-site Epic implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
Experience managing cross-functional delivery across both technical and operational stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget on implementations with significant organizational impact.
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
Qualifications: Active Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory, Inpatient, or comparable). PMP, PgMP , or equivalent project management certification.
Experience operating within enterprise integration or health system transition environments. Prior
experience contributing to or developing PMO standards, playbooks, or governance frameworks.
