  • Experience managing managers or senior technical leads Familiarity with scaling engineering operations in a high-growth SaaS environment Travel

  • Responsibilities Endpoint Product Delivery Own engineering execution for the Aurora Endpoint platform , ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions Partner with Product Management to define and deliver on roadmap commitments while contributing to longer-term strategy Collaborate with Architecture to evolve endpoint technical direction and platform capabilities Ensure alignment to customer outcomes, performance expectations, and security
  • Experience driving or adopting modern development practices , including CI/CD and automation Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred
