- Experience in endpoint security or cybersecurity products
- Experience leading AI-enabled development transformations or implementing developer productivity tooling Background in cross-platform development environments (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Experience managing managers or senior technical leads Familiarity with scaling engineering operations in a high-growth SaaS environment Travel

- Position Overview The Manager, Engineering – Endpoint leads the development and delivery of Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Endpoint product line , driving execution of high-quality, secure, and scalable endpoint solutions.

- Responsibilities Endpoint Product Delivery Own engineering execution for the Aurora Endpoint platform , ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions Partner with Product Management to define and deliver on roadmap commitments while contributing to longer-term strategy Collaborate with Architecture to evolve endpoint technical direction and platform capabilities Ensure alignment to customer outcomes, performance expectations, and security
