Responsibilities
- Review various company projects to determine impact to facility and review and approve MOCRs.
- Maintain and update procedures and engineering standards with changing regulations and emerging technology.
- Lead program development projects that improve current processes.
- Manage PLC (project life cycle) for capital maintenance projects which include scoping, submitting for funding, forecasting and execution of projects within pipeline facilities.
- Lead teams of contractors and inspectors to execute projects to completion.
- Manage projects within defined budgets and complete monthly financial forecast.
- Manage PLC (project life cycle) for capital maintenance projects, including scoping, submitting for funding, forecasting and execution of projects within pipeline facilities.
- Manage stakeholders and prioritize capital maintenance project execution.
Requirements
- Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and the following job related experience preferred Work Experience
- Experience in engineering design and knowledge of criteria for natural gas, or NGLs in pipeline systems, or refined crude products.
- Experience at this level is typically attained with four or more years of
- experience in engineering, operations and/or project management
- Experience in use and function of applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, etc.
- Experience identifying, researching, understanding, evaluating, and prioritizing operational problems and coordinating appropriate action/response Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of: pipelines or hydrocarbon processing and related facilities design, construction, operation, and maintenance Knowledge of: material failure and structural analysis and industry standards and governmental regulations Ability to: read and interpret governmental regulations, blueprints, contracts, manuals,
