Responsibilities

  • Drive full product lifecycle management from roadmap to backlog to delivery to adoption to value realization.
  • Drive Platform adoption and value realization through KPIs and data-driven improvements.
  • Drive Redwood transition and adoption working with SCM stakeholders. •
  • Solution delivery: Perform Hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end solution delivery (design, UAT, upgrades, release readiness) •
  • Champion AI and intelligent automation use cases across forecasting, planning optimization, inventory intelligence and exception management. •
  • Collaborate with integration engineers and drive integrations with enterprise systems such as LIMS, logistics platforms, carriers, PLM, QMS, and MES. •

Requirements

  • Natera is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager - Oracle Fusion SCM within IS&T to own Oracle Fusion Supply Chain end-to-end from product strategy and roadmap to hands-on configuration, delivery, adoption, and value realization.
  • This is a single-threaded owner role with deep business domain expertise across supply chain and manufacturing processes along with strong Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities.
  • Leverage OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) and BI Publisher (BIP) for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with PLM / NIR workflows and quality processes. •
  • Solid understanding of Fusion data models, integration patterns, and analytics. •
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value realization. •
  • Experience leading ERP-enabled operational transformation initiatives. •
  • experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions. •
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications. •
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (life sciences preferred). •
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations or rapid business scale. •
