Requirements
- 🎯 The Role As Manager, Regional Sales DACH , you’ll lead a team of Channel Account Managers to execute the Sales Playbook and Go-To-Market strategy across Pax8’s programs, products, events, Academy, and services.

- experience within the German MSP, cloud, SaaS, or channel ecosystem , Deep understanding of the German MSP market, business‑to‑partner (B2P) selling, and market development.
- experience as a Team Lead or Manager Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team Excellent coaching skills, including the ability to observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback A track record of being results-driven, accountable, and commercially successful Consistent achievement of revenue targets We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
