Responsibilities

Prepare and review standard reporting for General and Administrative expenses
Support senior team members with cost and budget queries, identifying trends in spending
Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement them
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for G&A functions
Collaborate with budget owners to build robust, data-driven forecasts
Perform regular budget vs. actuals analysis, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
Improve cost reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate financial processes
Implement best practices to reduce manual effort and increase data integrity
Support strategic initiatives through deep-dive analysis and financial modelling

This position goes beyond basic reporting — you will actively shape cost strategy, improve financial visibility, and drive efficiency initiatives across General & Administrative functions, partnering closely with CxOs and department leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and the achievement of business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Minimum 3 years of
experience in a corporate finance or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role
A good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and
experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience working in a listed company or high-growth business What we offer

Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights
Translate financial data into meaningful business narratives for non-finance stakeholders
Continuously improve forecast accuracy whilst identifying financial risks and opportunities
Leverage tools and technology to improve data accuracy
Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including scenario analysis
Contribute to cross-functional projects and business cases
