SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC, Time)

Responsibilities

Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management. •
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. •
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. •
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations. •
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users. •
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. •
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology. SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification. •
Good understanding of HR process. High level of conversational and written English (B2-C1). •
