SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant (EC, Time)

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management. •
  • Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. •
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. •
  • Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations. •
  • Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users. •
  • Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. •
  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology. SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification. •
  • Good understanding of HR process. High level of conversational and written English (B2-C1). •
