Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment execution - Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviews, offer, and onboarding. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role priorities, and success criteria. - Drive fast, structured, and candidate-friendly hiring processes without compromising on quality. - Ensure smooth coordination across interview stages and act as the main point of contact for candidates. - Process, Performance & Continuous Improvement - Track recruitment activity and outcomes against defined hiring targets and KPIs. - Identify bottlenecks and propose pragmatic improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working. - Contribute to hiring retrospectives and continuously raise the bar on execution and results. - Leverage modern recruitment tools and AI-driven solutions to work smarter and faster. REQUIREMENTS
- experience in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-performance agency environment (agency + in-house is a strong plus). - Demonstrated ability to hire at volume without compromising on quality. - Hands-on
