Responsibilities
- Deliver expert payroll services across the Nordics with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently, including complex and escalated cases. •
- Ensure payrolls are processed with the highest accuracy , on time, and in compliance with Nordic country laws and client agreements . •
- Perform advanced quality controls , audits, and reconciliations. •
- Manage complex statutory filings and reporting to authorities . •
- Lead updates and improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific documentation. •
- Identify, lead, and implement payroll process improvement initiatives. •
- Support testing and validation for system changes and enhancements. •
- Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. •
Requirements
- Danish proficiency is essential and fluency in English.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills, a deep understanding of Nordic payroll legislation , and high client service standards. •
