Requirements

experience directly managing a high-performing engineering team, with a focus on people development, performance management, and building high-trust environments - A proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers in technical domains such as distributed systems, microservices architecture, or cloud-native infrastructure. - High familiarity with AWS (specifically IAM, VPC, and EKS) to ensure the scalability and security of core libraries - Demonstrated
