Responsibilities

Lead customer research, discovery, and the definition of customer value for our products
Drive discovery and utilise customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities, and behaviour
Make data-driven decisions utilising customer research, behavioural, product, and commercial data
Define what success looks like for the product and use data to measure it, taking responsibility for in-life measurement, testing, and iteration against success metrics
Maintain awareness of key competitors and monitor competitor offerings on an ongoing basis Execution
Identify and understand customer behaviour and needs to define hypotheses and
Create best-in-class product features and journeys that take the player experience to the next level
Coordinate product launch plans with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Support teams
Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements, and the legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements Influencing People
Build and maintain a roadmap that delivers on short-term and long-term objectives, aligned with overall company and product strategy
Drive the roadmap from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product

Develop a deep knowledge of the Super product
experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams
Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

experience that drives customer perception and player retention.
Work with Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behaviour
Take ownership of the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring customer value is always the key priority for the team
requirements that shape suitable features and journeys
Work with Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems
