Responsibilities

- Install and replace custom garage door systems and components •
- Repair residential and commercial doors and openers •
- Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics •
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections •
- Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use •
- Deliver top-tier customer service •
- Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)
Requirements
- Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in your work? Do you enjoy working independently, using your mechanical skills, and helping customers feel safe and secure in their homes and businesses? We’re looking for a Master Technician/Installer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing garage door team!
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record •
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Experience
- Mechanically inclined with 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred) •
Benefits
- Full-Time Hours: 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week) •
- Training Pay: $25/hour during the 3–5 month training period •
- Post-Training Pay: $50,000–$90,000 per year (based on performance and efficiency) •
