Responsibilities

- Design and continuously improve the processes, systems, and interview infrastructure that allow us to hire with speed without sacrificing bar — including pipeline development, interviewer calibration, and offer strategy.

- Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function — driving meaningful change in how the team sources, assesses, and closes talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Global Head of Technical Recruiting, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by leading the growth of our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations.
You will partner closely with our CTO and Co-Founder to thoughtfully build our global technical teams.
You will also collaborate with the Head of Recruiting, Head of Recruiting Operations, and our Staff team to scale our talent through rigorous, repeatable processes.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Define and own the global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM — translating business priorities into a clear talent plan that scales.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions, setting the bar and coaching to it consistently.
