Requirements
- Qualifications Relevant post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline Minimum 4 years of related
- experience in business analysis, operations, communications, project coordination, or a similar field Preferred
- Experience in the natural gas, pipeline, energy, or utility industry
- Experience supporting operational or commercial business teams Familiarity with operational reporting and performance metrics
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools Understanding of continuous improvement principles and practices
- Experience facilitating meetings or coordinating cross-functional initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical information for business audiences Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and planning capabilities Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and and

- The Opportunity Commercial Operations is seeking an Operations Communications Analyst to join the Systems Operations Communications team.
- Reporting to the Manager, Systems Operations Communications, you will contribute to the safe, reliable, and customer-focused operation of the system by transforming complex operational information into clear, actionable business communications and insights.
- In this role, you will act as a key connector between technical operations and commercial stakeholders, ensuring operational impacts are communicated accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
- You will work collaboratively with Operations Planning, Gas Control, Commercial Marketing, Integrity, Regulatory, and other internal partners to support informed decision-making, effective customer communications, and continuous improvement.
- This position is well suited for an individual with strong business judgment, sound organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- You are naturally curious, take the initiative to understand how the business operates, and can effectively manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- You bring a high level of accountability and take ownership of your work, delivering results from concept through to completion.
