Requirements
- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Launch and lead your own ABA practice with full operational support from Finni.
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) - State licensure (if applicable) - 3+ years of ABA experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory background - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Passion for clinical integrity, innovation, and family-centered care WHY JOIN FINNI?
