Requirements

- Volaris provides the group infrastructure (HR systems, governance frameworks, reporting standards and learning programmes) while Aion operates with local accountability, aligned to group standards and systems.
- We are an AI-first organisation, and we'll help you get up to speed with tools like Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude Cowork.
- experience in a small or scaling organisation Good working knowledge of UK employment law A track record of independently running HR operations Confidence supporting managers on practical people matters
- Experience using structured HR systems (Workday an advantage) CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience Desirable
- Experience in a software or technology environment Portuguese language skills Familiarity with Portuguese employment law
- Experience operating within a Group reporting structure
