Responsibilities

Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as needed.
Prepare and present project status reports, milestones, and deliverables for all commercial projects to the Cross-Functional Program Management Team. Your Story

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
experience in project, process, or program management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
