Requirements
- As a field based Robotics Clinical Specialist, you will work at the intersection of advanced joint reconstruction technology and sales execution, partnering closely with surgeons and sales leaders to win in highly competitive markets.
- Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments
- experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles
- Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred
- A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders
- Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the
