Electrical Engineer - PCB Design & Signal Processing

Requirements

  • What you’ll bring A background in electrical / electronics engineering with around 5+ years’ related
  • experience including PCB design, prototyping, testing and board bring-up. Proficiency with PCB CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro or equivalent.
  • Experience using laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analysers, function generators and spectrum analysers Familiarity with embedded interfaces such as SPI, I²C, UART, CAN and USB.
  • Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g. LTspice or PSpice) and component selection . Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Python, MATLAB or LabVIEW for test automation or signal analysis would be advantageous .
  • Good understanding of signal behaviour , especially where analog and digital systems need to work cleanly together.
  • A practical approach to problem solving and the ability to work across design, development and stakeholder groups.
  • A relevant degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
