Responsibilities
- Manage all CRM configuration, user setup, permissions, workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
- Monitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity across the department.
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into team activity and performance.
- Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and automation.
- Create and maintain CRM training materials, SOPs, and best practices.
- Train, onboard, and support all users on CRM functionality and processes.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Track and analyze key recruiting and growth metrics including:
- identify trends, opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Build scorecards, dashboards, and forecasting tools for leadership and team members.
- Maintain department KPI tracking and forecasting models.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for: Team Meetings Leadership Meetings
- Prepare agendas, supporting documents, and post-meeting action items.
- Monitor team performance against established benchmarks and goals.
- Generate accountability scorecards and performance reports.
- Identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps.
- Support leadership in driving consistency, accountability, and execution.
- Maintain visibility into team activity levels and KPI attainment.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Document and maintain departmental processes and standard operating procedures.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members.
- Lead special projects related to recruiting growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Facilitate onboarding calendar
- Prepare all new hire documents
- Deliver 30-60-90 day
- Support driving to production
Requirements
- experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role. ā¢
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations. ā¢
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools. Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $90,000 - $100,000 USD. Your Location

- The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department.
- This individual is responsible for driving accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and operational excellence across the recruiting and expansion organization.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- They will work closely with executive leadership to ensure the Growth team operates efficiently, follows process, leverages technology effectively, and has the data necessary to make informed decisions. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRM.
- Partner with leadership to evolve the CRM as the department grows and expands into new markets.
- Serve as the liaison between Growth leadership and any internal or external CRM vendors or technology partners.
- Provide actionable insights and coaching recommendations based on performance data.
