  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and all levels of the organization.

  • As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across all planning horizons, from long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through weekly and daily Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).
  • You will oversee import supply planning for Finished Goods across all Product Business Units (PBUs), ensuring timely product availability to meet local market demand while optimizing inventory levels and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.
  • What You'll Do Supply Management & Execution (S&OE) You will collaborate with business teams and manufacturing plants to resolve supply-related enquiries and ensure seamless supply execution.
  • You will monitor plant order confirmations, shipment status, and potential supply risks to ensure reliable product availability.
  • You will manage purchase order placement with manufacturing plants and suppliers to support timely replenishment.
  • You will identify supply gaps, recommend mitigation plans, and provide insights on the delivery of supply commitments.
  • You will partner with the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) and Finance teams to support sales recognition estimates.
  • Supply Planning (S&OP) You will develop and execute integrated supply plans across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons, balancing customer demand, supplier capabilities, capacity, and inventory targets.
  • You will ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, to meet customer and business needs.
