- experience in Front Office operations or hospitality or hotel management; Strong focus on guest satisfaction and handling complaints professionally; Proven track record of leading a team in a customer-facing role; Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members; Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving guest or operational issues; Attention to detail, deadline and results oriented, trustworthy, responsible with positive work attitude and sense of ownership.
