Manager - Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Industrial Engineering team in delivering the key elements of our manufacturing transformation.
  • Support major transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly, test and satellite areas.
  • Process Standardization & Digital Manufacturing: Develop and deploy standard work, build sequences, BOM structures and production planning standards.
  • Support the rollout of digital tools such as Digital Work Instructions, MES and digital work orders.
  • Build and maintain the KPI structure used for daily, weekly and monthly governance.
  • Ensure strong alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production priorities. Mininum

Requirements

  • You thrive in complex, dynamic environments, and you excel at leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results.
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years’
  • experience in complex manufacturing environments. Proven leadership
  • experience in team management and transformation programs.
  • Lean / Six Sigma mastery.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives.

  • Contribute to inventory reduction initiatives and strengthen demand/planning processes.
  • Lean Operating System & Performance Management: Implement Lean principles (5S, visual management, standard work) across all operations.
