Responsibilities
- Lead the Industrial Engineering team in delivering the key elements of our manufacturing transformation.
- Support major transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly, test and satellite areas.
- Process Standardization & Digital Manufacturing: Develop and deploy standard work, build sequences, BOM structures and production planning standards.
- Support the rollout of digital tools such as Digital Work Instructions, MES and digital work orders.
- Build and maintain the KPI structure used for daily, weekly and monthly governance.
- Ensure strong alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production priorities. Mininum
Requirements
- You thrive in complex, dynamic environments, and you excel at leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years’
- experience in complex manufacturing environments. Proven leadership
- experience in team management and transformation programs.
- Lean / Six Sigma mastery.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.

- Material Flow & Inventory Efficiency: Improve internal logistics, kits and material presentation to support production needs.
- Contribute to inventory reduction initiatives and strengthen demand/planning processes.
- Lean Operating System & Performance Management: Implement Lean principles (5S, visual management, standard work) across all operations.
