Responsibilities

  • Review, implement and support standards and procedures, including man hour estimating, cost estimating, budgeting and progress reporting for instrumentation activities.
  • Review engineering calculations and technical documentation related to control valves, flow elements and pressure safety valves.
  • Support project acceptance testing by reviewing procedures, assigning resources, attending testing activities as required, and adjusting commissioning scope in response to outcomes.
  • Develop, monitor and adjust commissioning execution schedules to support project delivery. Qualifications &

Requirements

  • experience in a closely related position and/or supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Essential: MS or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Essential: Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria.
  • Experience in the selection, application and ISA data sheet specification of hardware including pressure, temperature and level instruments, control valves, shutdown valves, and fire and gas detection.
  • Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal English communication skills for technical and business contexts.
