Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field - 4+ years of
- experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, supply chain systems, or related roles -
- Experience working with or implementing quality management systems (QMS) and/or supply chain software platforms - Strong understanding of supplier quality processes (e.g., qualification, audits, SCAR/CAPA, performance management) -
- requirements - Ability to work effectively with both technical (engineering, quality, software) and non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to build or improve systems in fast-paced, scaling environments - Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset
