Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations. - Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals. - Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping. - Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies.

As a Business Recruiter focused on GTM hiring, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing world-class talent across our revenue organization.
You'll partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
