Responsibilities

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations. - Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals. - Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping. - Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate
