- Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Texas Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation: Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
- As a W2 employee, you’ll receive: $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement) Paid orientation and annual pay increases PTO and flexible scheduling (7am–10pm, 7 days/week) No-show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support Health, dental, life, liability, and disability insurance options 401k with 3% employer match CEU reimbursement and free in-house training
