Responsibilities
- Make improvements to systems and processes.
- Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects
- Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
- Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related
- Broad knowledge of project management
- Computer skills related to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) EVMS
- Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Benefits
- experience In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $71,500-$132,500.
- The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $62,000-$115,000.
