Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet volume, cost, quality, and safety targets Lead process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with GMP standards Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive automation and robotics integration (PLCs, Industry 4.0 concepts) Improve production flow, line balancing, and takt time efficiency Conduct capacity analysis and implement utilization improvements Lead or
Requirements
- Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong
- experience in high-volume, large-scale manufacturing environments Hands-on
- experience in automation, equipment, and process engineering Preferred Background in medical devices, manufacturing, or food industries (GMP exposure highly valued) Exposure to automation and robotics integration MBA or advanced qualification (desirable but not essential) Technical Skills You should bring a strong mix of the following: Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) Equipment commissioning & troubleshooting Process optimization & continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies Production
