Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Develop and own the comprehensive IT product vision and multi-year roadmap for Enterprise Sales, aligning it with business goals and market demands.
- Analyze and anticipate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to shape IT product direction.
- Lead collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution of IT product initiatives.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners to identify integration opportunities and drive IT product adoption.
- Guide technical design discussions and provide strategic feedback on technical architecture and system integration.
- Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate IT product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Drive iterative development cycles by leveraging customer feedback, data insights, and business intelligence.
- Promote a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement across the IT product development team.
- Present strategic updates, product performance, and opportunities for improvement to executive and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements
