Strategy & Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and apply your strategic toolkit to drive innovation and organizational change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint;
  • experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Experience

  • 2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation
