Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and apply your strategic toolkit to drive innovation and organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint;
- experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Experience
- 2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation
