Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations, including oversight of in-clinic pharmacy liaison teams across multiple specialties (e.g., oncology, rheumatology, transplant)
Drive strategic growth initiatives—identify opportunities, build business cases, and execute in partnership with health system leadership
Ensure delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, access, and satisfaction across the specialty pharmacy continuum
Build and execute account plans to expand and optimize partner performance
Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical, pharmacy, and corporate teams to improve workflows and outcomes How You’ll Lead
Manage, coach, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and patient-first thinking
Deliver clear, executive-level updates and insights to senior leadership

7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or healthcare operations

This is a P&L-owning, operator role at the intersection of healthcare delivery, strategy, and growth—ideal for candidates with consulting, private equity, or investment banking backgrounds who want to drive tangible outcomes.
An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $170,000 and $190,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
