Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Design complex end-to-end experiences - Partner with Product Management and own major initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch - Design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations) and ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities.
  • Research and discovery - Conduct user research with financial advisors and internal stakeholders using appropriate methods (i.e user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc). - Translate research insights into clear product recommendations and design decisions. - Partner with product and engineering to define scope and priorities.

  • experience designing complex systems or service-oriented products with multiple user types - You are an owner, have excellent problem-solving skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience designing in fintech, wealth management, or other high-trust, high-stakes domains
