- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all loan products offered by partner banks, including complex eligibility criteria and suitable options for diverse student profiles.
- experience in loan advising, financial services, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Strong understanding of financial products, especially student loans and educational financing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools; data analysis skills are a plus.

- What you’ll be doing every day: Strategic Application Guidance and Loan Conversion: Be a lead and mentor to Application Advisors to facilitate the accurate and complete submission of applications to designated banking partners.
- Work directly with students and RPs to facilitate the accurate and complete submission of loan applications to designated banking partners.
- Engage in conversion optimization activities to ensure fast turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.
- Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees and adhere to timelines to ensure timely loan disbursement.
