  • The on target earnings range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 USD, adjusted for location, experience, and qualifications.

  • You will anticipate needs, streamline operations, and ensure the CEO’s time and energy are focused on the highest-impact priorities.
  • You’ll help turn strategic objectives into actionable plans, manage complex workflows, and keep the CEO and leadership team fully aligned.
  • You’ll operate at the center of the company, collaborating with investors, executives, customers, and partners.
  • You should be highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
