Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of OBC clinicians and ensure clinicians are prepared and supported to provide care to those we serve Provide clinician development with clinical oversight, professional development, training, and address performance management needs with timely feedback Set and communicate clear expectations for clinical quality, evidence-based treatment, documentation, and HIPAA compliance Promote a clinical quality and safety culture, adherence to OBC and Optum policies, utilizing

Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Licensed as a PHD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LCP (independently licensed) in the state of Florida 3+ years of
experience leading, managing, and driving change in a highly regulated environment
Experience managing teams and prioritizing competing priorities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and appropriate team focus Proven ability to oversee and coordinate multiple clinical locations Driver's License and access to reliable transportation Preferred
Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs) Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive
