Responsibilities

Conduct professional, comprehensive pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings.
Perform administrative duties such as completing training records, maintaining instructional qualifications, and recommending remedial training when needed.

As an Instructor Pilot at CAE, you play a critical role in developing pilot confidence and skill through high‑quality simulator and ground training.
Qualifications Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written. FAR Part 135
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.

You will lead training sessions, conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑flight briefings, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across assigned aircraft platforms. Key
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.
Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
After approximately 1.5+ years (subject to business need), qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman. Physical
Requirements Constantly ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Occasionally move into different positions, including confined spaces.
Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods (standing or sitting).
Occasionally perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers. Minimum
Participation in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
