Director of IT/OT Manufacturing Solutions

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to define and govern a future state architecture and roadmaps that leverage smart manufacturing design principles System Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of MES, OT and Quality platforms.
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, secure and meet the needs of the manufacturing operations.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, validation protocols, and user manuals.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for IT/OT integration aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of
experience in MES and Quality systems or OT implementation and management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership
experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), OT technologies and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Preferred Skills: Project management and agile familiarity
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites. #LI-JL2 PAY RANGE: $146,920.00 - $235,080.00 CULTURE AND

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of IT/OT Manufacturing Solutions will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the digital shop floor
experience including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), OT, Field Operations and Quality platforms.
The role is critical in driving the seamless integration of shop floor technologies with enterprise systems to enhance manufacturing agility, product quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within manufacturing and quality operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all MES and Quality systems comply with industry regulations and standards.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of MES, Field Ops, OT and Quality professionals.
