Requirements
- Experience: 0 Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and RN licensure required or Physician Assistant ( PA) , DEA license .
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.

- Responsibilities Critical Care Management Manage patients recovering from complex cardiothoracic surgeries, including: Aortic surgery Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) Thoracic surgery Valve surgery Mechanical Circulatory Support Collaboration Partner closely with attending physicians and APP colleagues in the management of advanced mechanical circulatory support devices, including: ECMO Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABPs) Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs) Impella Right Ventricular Assist Devices
