Responsibilities
- Design the operational blueprints that let us run this program consistently across multiple enterprise clients — onboarding workflows, escalation protocols, quality review frameworks, outcome reporting.
- Manage a team of operations managers and coordinators supporting the enterprise Surgical Tech program.

- experience building playbooks or standardized operating procedures for complex, multi-stakeholder programs - Strong external relationship management skills — you're comfortable in client-facing settings and can hold your own in a room with health system executives - Track record of aligning internal cross-functional teams around a shared operational goal -
- Experience managing and developing a team - Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution — sometimes in the same meeting

- As Group Operations Manager, Surgical Services, you'll own the end-to-end operational success of our enterprise Surgical Tech program.

- You're responsible for how this program runs from the moment a health system signs to the moment their employees graduate and step into their roles.
- That includes onboarding, program delivery, partner reporting, and renewal readiness. - Build enterprise playbooks.
- These playbooks should work whether we have 3 partners or 30. - Manage enterprise relationships.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key enterprise partners.
