Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and support workforce planning efforts.
- Maintain ongoing communication with strategic HR leaders supporting SLT-1 and SLT-2/3 within the same business unit to ensure alignment, share insights, and enable coordinated talent strategies.
- Guide managers through the performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is desire. 6 or more years of
- experience in Human Resources leading core HR processes Broad HR
- experience with foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices. Customer-facing
- experience delivering HR solutions to diverse internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in talent management, change management and data analytics.
- Experience leading, coaching and consulting on business and HR initiatives.
- Experience working in multiple businesses/functions/roles, both with direct & indirect authority. Business knowledge & customer solution delivery (internal);
- Experience supporting/working with customers, partners, consumers and stakeholders.
