  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and support workforce planning efforts.

  • Guide managers through the performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

Requirements

  • What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is desire. 6 or more years of
  • experience in Human Resources leading core HR processes Broad HR
  • experience with foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices. Customer-facing
  • experience delivering HR solutions to diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in talent management, change management and data analytics.
  • Experience leading, coaching and consulting on business and HR initiatives.
  • Experience working in multiple businesses/functions/roles, both with direct & indirect authority. Business knowledge & customer solution delivery (internal);
  • Experience supporting/working with customers, partners, consumers and stakeholders.
