Singapore As Mistral AI's first dedicated Solutions Operations hire in Singapore, you will be the operational backbone of our APAC Solutions team and the critical bridge between our Singapore office and global headquarters in Paris.
Your Solutions team is composed of AI Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, and Infrastructure Solution Architects who design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions for Mistral's most strategic enterprise and government customers in Singapore and the broader APAC region.

This is a uniquely broad role combining two functions that sit in separate roles at HQ: revenue operations (how the Solutions team goes to market, delivers, and measures impact) and people operations (how the team is staffed, grown, and deployed against customer needs).
Your mission is to make this team faster, sharper, and more effective - while ensuring that every process, tool, and framework developed at HQ is meaningfully adapted to the Singapore and APAC context.
This is a high-impact, hands-on position at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.
You will work directly with Singapore Solutions leadership and maintain a close working relationship with the global Solutions Ops team in Paris.
