Requirements

experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with a proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region. Exposure to the US market is a plus. Demonstrated
experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups.
A strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs.
Deep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas.

You will be a key member of the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Social Impact team, reporting directly to the Director of DEIB & Social Impact.
You will work in close partnership with business leaders, the Talent Team, and employees across On to bring our D&I vision to life. Your Mission:
