Requirements
- experience in the diversity and inclusion field, with a proven track record of leading D&I initiatives across the EMEA region. Exposure to the US market is a plus. Demonstrated
- experience in managing, scaling, or providing direct support to employee resource groups (ERGs) or inclusion groups.
- A strong background in partnering with recruitment teams to develop and implement successful diversity hiring programs.
- Deep understanding of the unique cultural nuances, challenges, and legal landscapes related to D&I in various countries across EMEA, APAC & Americas.
- A collaborative mindset: you excel at leading cross-functional projects and navigating ambiguity to achieve shared goals.
