Responsibilities
- - Ensure appropriate software deployment and updates on company devices.
- - Oversee seat/license management and general setup for company tools.
- - Implement and maintain organizational security practices, including firewall management and end-user device security.
- - Collaborate closely with HR to align IT policies and practices with organizational guidelines.
- - Implement and manage office security measures, such as visitor logging systems.
Requirements
- experience in IT support or administration. - Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Iru/Kandji). -
- Experience managing identity and access systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD). - Strong understanding of IT security, especially in distributed team environments. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly macOS. - Basic knowledge of networking principles including WiFi setup, VPNs, and general end-user connectivity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
