- We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member with strong leadership potential to join the Heidelberg Materials Australia team in Sale, Victoria (approximately 2.5 hours east of Melbourne).

- This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with early morning starts and rostered Saturday work based on business needs. In this role,
- you will: Oversee the day-to-day operation of a concrete batch plant, taking ownership of outcomes and setting a positive example for others Operate a front-end loader (training provided if required) Communicate regularly with customers, including taking orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving queries professionally Use computer-based systems for batching, scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping Work collaboratively with a high-performing local team and neighbouring sites, showing leadership and
- experience (preferred but not essential) Actively support our Zero Harm safety culture Are able to safely perform the physical
