Requirements
- experience across multiple events and programmes Manage sponsors through the execution of sponsorship packages and additional marketing opportunities Develop and maintain sponsor readiness materials, policies, timelines, technical specifications and guidance documents Ensure sponsors are aligned to project milestones, timelines and deliverables Support the development of strategic sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention in collaboration with sales teams Drive
- Experience working in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events, conferences or trade shows Proven
- experience managing sponsorship or exhibitor programmes across multiple projects Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience working with sponsorship exhibitor resource platforms such as RainFocus (desirable) Strong project management skills with
- experience managing timelines, deliverables and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms Strong communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment

- Requirements Based on the West Coast, USA Ability to undertake domestic and international travel throughout the year Ability to work across time zones as required Quiet home working environment Minimum broadband speed: 25MB download / 2MB upload Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
