Requirements
- experience and certification status) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm hours per week SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
- experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required. - Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area. - Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!). - Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
