Responsibilities
- Support schedule planning across procurement, development, construction, and maintenance activities in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Analyse schedule performance, identify impacts to baseline plans, and communicate schedule issues clearly to the Project Manager and wider team.
- Develop and manage schedule performance indicators and provide reporting, updates, and planning input required for project delivery.
- Produce what-if schedule scenarios, identify critical path activities, and communicate logic-driven options to support project decision-making.
Requirements
- Requirements: Technical college diploma or university degree in a related field. 5–10 years of related
- experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience with oil and gas construction projects.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with project staff and internal and external stakeholders.

- Responsibilities Develop, detail, update, and maintain project schedules for one or more projects in line with established scheduling standards and work breakdown structures.
- Interface with project team members and key stakeholders to obtain the information required for accurate and timely critical-path schedule management.
- Provide technical scheduling and planning advice and offer guidance to junior and intermediate planners and schedulers.
