- ● This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.

- The incumbent develops excellent working relationships with sales leadership and sales professionals to understand real time training gaps and needs to address in sales training meetings such as New Hire Training classes, POA meetings, product or indication launch meetings and Global Sales Meeting.
- Incumbent works cross functionally with medical, marketing and product teams to identify training needs and collaborate in the creation and execution of training programs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ● Coordinate with sales leaders, HR and Area Sales Trainers to lead an exceptional onboarding
- ● Develop and execute highly engaging new-hire sales training content, sales training
- ● Partner with marketing, product, user experience, operations and medical teams to plan,
- ● Assist in developing the content of live clinical product training and sales skills training (in person, via Zoom and hybrid).
- ● Establish positive working relationships and collaborate with product, marketing, sales,
- medical departments and others to align on messaging for sales success.
- ● Understand competitive market space and train sales to succeed in highly competitive markets.
- ● Design Google Slides, PowerPoint slides, articulate courses, and voice record LMS content and recordings.
